If you die
without leaving a will your estate (property, money, possessions etc)
will be divided up as the law directs. This may be to your spouse, your
children, your parents, your uncles aunts nieces and nephews or even the
government.
There is a
common misconception that if you are married everything you own will
pass to your spouse. This is definitely not the case, unless of course
you leave a will.
